"This might be a little long winded but the kind of professional service I've gotten has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. I first visited back in DEC '19, my wife and I purchased some apparel, some which had to be ordered, at that time we were treated as valued customers from the start. We moved out here in early JUNE 2020, I had taken my '19 Raodmaster into a dealer in VA, and had some issues with the Neutral recall that they did, I called ahead of time and had an appointment to get that taken care once I got out here. Bought the bike in and you would have thought that I'd been coming in for years. I had a fair amount a damage done to the bike on trailer while driving out from VA. Gabrielle, Robert Morgan, and of course Angel were all over checking to make sure that i got my bike fixed. The guys in the back did what they had to do so I could ride, while we waited for insurance claim, and Robert Cook had me on a rental while my bike was getting fixed.
In the mean time my bike was making a noise so I brought it in and here again the service department was all over it, and I'm out the door on a rental again for a day or two. Got my bike back (it appeared that I got screwed by the dealer in VA) but the SD crew got things right. Then while riding down the interstate my back tire blows, luckily I was able to get to a parking lot, called and talked with Robert M. and next thing I know he's picking me and my bike up heading to the shop. Again Robert C. had a bike ready for me, when at the dealership I found out that my repair parts were in and Angel and her staff got me in right away and had the bike back in a day or two. AWESOME.
When I walk in the door I receive a super friendly greeting (OK I've been in alot over the last couple of months), I had one part that had to be re-ordered, and once it came in got an appointment (yesterday) and the techs were ready for me and got the part replaced in minutes.
I have been to a number of dealerships across the US but the crew here beats them all, from Angel Hacker, Robert Morgan in service (sorry not sure which tech in the back took care of me, but THANKS), to Gabrielle Bressert to Robert Cook (Rental) to the older gentleman wiping down the bikes. You guys kake up one HELL of a TEAM.
