Make sure you come and test drive any bike you want, whether it's a real motorcycle or an e-bike whether it's the Nina outside, who just lost her husband to Effing Covid-19, who details the bikes and makes them look good all the way through the sales people, Angela and the owner, Indian motorcycle of San Diego is second to none!!!!

"I picked up my (long awaited) 2022 Indian Pursuit on 12/23/22 from Indian Motorcycle of San Diego. This purchase was special because I had been waiting for the better part of a year for the bike to arrive. I was not disappointed. Everyone that works at the dealer is a notch above and they make sure that you feel like a part of the Indian family. I originally dealt with Brad who was really easy to work with, but later dealt with Angel, and the purchase experience did not miss a beat. Everyone that I interacted with from Angel as the general manager to Sarah assisting me with finance, to Tabitha, Brighton and Robert were the absolute BEST! I am glad that I made the switch over from my Harley Davidson Roadglide. The Pursuit is the best motorcycle I have ridden and I'm looking forward to putting on a lot of miles."

"Sara and Sam reccomend that I come in and check out the dealership. When I came in all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I was able to test ride the ftr which was something I have dreamed of doing since I saw the prototype online. "Once again, I need to give a MAJOR SHOUTOUT to Indian Motorcycle of San Diego.
It’s been 45 days since I’ve had OL SMOKEY on the road. But that’s Ok, cause Robert Cook made sure I had a sweet ride, so I was able to stay on the road.
I had some major engine problems and Devin had to dig in deep to find the issues. Additionally, Angel and Devin made numerous phone calls to Polaris who also stepped up to the plate to make things right. Bottom line, thanks to Angel and Devin Polaris gave me a new engine.
Thanks to the team at Indian Motorcycle of San Diego OL SMOKEY is once again back on the road and I have the biggest smile on my face. I can’t thank y’all enough.

"I discovered the folks at Indian Motorcycles of San Diego While doing some fund raising for Alzheimers San Diego. Since then I have rented several times from them...what a great team of people! Tim the owner will treat you like family, and Robert always goes the extra mile to ensure you have a great experience. My most recent rental was the new 2020 Indian Challenger Dark Horse...and all I can say is wow! My last bike I owned was a 2015 Road Glide Special...and this Indian Challenger just blew me away! The handling, suspension, power...everything about it just made think...now this is a Riders bike! Thanks again and I will be returning soon...very soon!"

"This might be a little long winded but the kind of professional service I've gotten has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. I first visited back in DEC '19, my wife and I purchased some apparel, some which had to be ordered, at that time we were treated as valued customers from the start. We moved out here in early JUNE 2020, I had taken my '19 Raodmaster into a dealer in VA, and had some issues with the Neutral recall that they did, I called ahead of time and had an appointment to get that taken care once I got out here. Bought the bike in and you would have thought that I'd been coming in for years. I had a fair amount a damage done to the bike on trailer while driving out from VA. Gabrielle, Robert Morgan, and of course Angel were all over checking to make sure that i got my bike fixed. The guys in the back did what they had to do so I could ride, while we waited for insurance claim, and Robert Cook had me on a rental while my bike was getting fixed.
In the mean time my bike was making a noise so I brought it in and here again the service department was all over it, and I'm out the door on a rental again for a day or two. Got my bike back (it appeared that I got screwed by the dealer in VA) but the SD crew got things right. Then while riding down the interstate my back tire blows, luckily I was able to get to a parking lot, called and talked with Robert M. and next thing I know he's picking me and my bike up heading to the shop. Again Robert C. had a bike ready for me, when at the dealership I found out that my repair parts were in and Angel and her staff got me in right away and had the bike back in a day or two. AWESOME.
When I walk in the door I receive a super friendly greeting (OK I've been in alot over the last couple of months), I had one part that had to be re-ordered, and once it came in got an appointment (yesterday) and the techs were ready for me and got the part replaced in minutes.
I have been to a number of dealerships across the US but the crew here beats them all, from Angel Hacker, Robert Morgan in service (sorry not sure which tech in the back took care of me, but THANKS), to Gabrielle Bressert to Robert Cook (Rental) to the older gentleman wiping down the bikes. You guys kake up one HELL of a TEAM.

"I made a road trip from San Diego to Monterey, and wanted to rent a bike that was big, powerful and comfortable when compared to my 500cc. Fortunately I came across Indian Motorcycle of San Diego, and they made the experience a pleasure. The Rentals Manager Robert Cook was friendly and professional, and took the time to familiarize me with all of the features of the Vintage Chief. The bike was incredible, I had a great trip, but what made me want to take the time to write this letter was the quality of the service that I received from Robert. I was beat from an 8-hour ride, and when I got back to Indian, Robert greeted me with a cold bottle of water. Not only that, but he had his crew polish my bike that I had left there. A truly amazing experience from start to finish, and the only reason that I am giving five stars on this review is that it wouldn't let me give six stars. Cheers, Dan Neighbors"

I brought the bike back after hours and Robert met me and took care of everything and I was on my way.
